Ingredients
Sea Salt, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Cinnamon, Organic Orange Peel, Organic Allspice, Organic Cloves, Organic Ginger.
Label Directions
1. Empty contents of jar into 1 gallon of water, stirring until salt and sugar are dissolved.
2, Remove giblets from the turkey. Place up to 24-lb. turkey in large container. Add brine mix. Make sure turkey is completely covered; add water if needed. Brine overnight below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Remove turkey from brine and rinse with cool water; cook as directed.
Suggested Uses
Brining is a process of marinating the turkey in a salt and spice solution. The process is designed to saturate the meat with the salt and thereby locking in moisture when cooked. Any type of poultry may be brined.
