Suggested Usage and Storage
One cup of Living Now Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour is equivalent to one cup of wheat flour and can be substituted in your recipes.

Chocolate Freedom Cupcakes
A recipe the whole family can enjoy! Free from gluten and corn, and allergy-friendly.
Ingredients:2 cups Living Now Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour1 cup NOW Organic Cocoa Powder1 1/2 cups Ellyndale Sugarless Sugar1/2 tsp sea salt1 tsp baking soda1 cup rice milk1 cup hot water1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup organic canola oil
Directions:
Heat oven to 350° F (325° F convection). Grease two 12-cup muffin pans or line with paper baking cups.
In a large bowl combine gluten-free flour, cocoa, sugar, sea salt and baking soda and set aside.
In a separate bowl combine rice milk, hot water, vanilla extract and canola oil.
Whisk wet ingredients with dry ingredients until batter is smooth.
Fill prepared cupcake cups 2/3 full with batter.
Bake cupcakes in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes and finish with your favorite frostings.

Creamy Mushroom Soup
Classic French recipe with a gluten-free, allergy-friendly twist!
Ingredients:3 tbsp organic canola oil1 cup mushrooms, chopped1/2 cup onions, chopped fine1 tsp sea salt4 tbsp Living Now Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour2 cups rice milk1 1/2 cups organic vegetable stock1/4 tsp white pepper
Directions:
Heat canola oil in heavy saucepot over medium heat.
Add onions, mushrooms and sea salt. Cook until onions become translucent.
Add the gluten-free flour and stir for 3 minutes or until the mixture begins to brown.
Using a whisk, combine with 2 cups of rice milk and allow for soup to reach a soft boil.
Add vegetable stock and white pepper.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes and occasionally whisk.
Serve warm and enjoy!
