Take 1 capsule daily., Serving Size: 1 Veg Capsule Amount Per Serving, Chaste Berry Tree Extract . 300mg(Vitex)(Fruit)(Vitex agnus castus), (Standardized to min. 1.5% Agnusides), Dong Quai . 150mg(Angelica sinensis)(Root), Other Ingredients: Cellulose (capsule), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica. Does not contain: Yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.Caution: For adults only. Not recommended for pregnant/nursing women. Consult physician if taking medication (especially anticoagulants), or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
