Product Information
“Hyssop is a small, shrubby perennial with blue-purple flowers and a weak fragrance. Harvest is done by cutting the herb close to the ground to prevent the plant from becoming too woody. Hyssop has a strong, bitter and herbaceous flavor. It originated in the Mediterranean area, but it’s hardy and easy to grow and is cultivated in Europe, Asia and North America.”
