Black cohosh is a tall, flowering plant found in shady woods in eastern areas of North America. A member of the buttercup family, black cohosh is also known as black snakeroot, bugbane, bugwort and squawroot.
Label Directions
To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 3/4 tsp. of herb. Cover and steep 3-5 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
